Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations prevent me from accommodating other clients.
